Who knew that I would ever get to the point where I was blogging.  It seems strange to me as I was never someone who liked to write anything down.

But life throws curve balls at you from time to time, so here I am, writing a blog.

It still feels weird.

But I think that this will help me much like you get help when you get to the therapist.  I feel better writing these ideas and experiences in my head down.  I can feel the stress leave my body and for the most part, I feel a lot happier.

So I will be writing a little bit each day from now on.
